‘Bad governors’ Tim Walz and Gavin Newsom brutally slammed for ‘letting cities burn’

US Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem has hit out at Minnesota Governor Tim Walz and California Governor Gavin Newsom.

Her slam came in the Oval Office, where she, alongside United States President Donald Trump, discussed the ongoing conflict in Los Angeles.

California has seen huge riots in downtown Los Angeles in retaliation to ICE raids, resulting in President Trump sending over the National Guard.

Secretary Noem hit out at Governor Newsom’s response to the LA riots, comparing it to that of Tim Walz.

“In 2020, I was a governor of a neighbouring state to Tim Walz and watched him let his city burn,” Noem said.
