Air India flight makes emergency landing in Thailand after bomb threat

An Air India flight from Phuket, Thailand, bound for India’s capital, New Delhi, received an onboard bomb threat on Friday (Jun 13) and was forced to make an emergency landing back on the island.

Authorities said that while no bomb was found onboard the plane, a bomb threat note was. They added that the passenger who discovered the note is being questioned.

The incident follows the crash of an Air India flight in Ahmedabad on Jun 12 in which more than 240 people were killed. #india #indianews #airindia
