朋友们大家好，今天是2025年6月13日星期五，欢迎大家收看本期内部视角看中国。一声惊雷，交通部副部长，国家铁路局长费东斌落马了。听说他老婆也被抓了，全家都陷落了。费东斌是中共正式官宣落马的第五名中央候补委员。这个中共著名的70后少壮派，也是继刘志军、盛光祖之后第三位落马的铁道部部长。这个人物可不简单，他非常特殊，他是曾担任全国人大常委会副委员长、政协副主席，中国著名的社会学家、人类学家、民族学家、教育家，也是国家民族政策的重要顾问、中国民主同盟的卓越领导人、中国共产党的亲密朋友”，民间亦称其为“中国最后的士大夫”——费孝通先生的亲孙子。费孝通在中国大陆学术界及民间享有相当高的声誉，被视为自郭沫若之后中国大陆学者中享受过官方最高礼遇、担任过最高官职而备受朝野尊崇的人物。比这更吓人的是他是已故原中国最高检察院检察长韩杼滨的女婿。说韩杼滨不吓人，最吓人的是韩杼滨是江泽民的小舅子，铁杆盟友。也就是说，江泽民遗孀，王冶坪的侄女、侄女婿一家被抓了。费东斌与内蒙古渊源颇深，他2013年1月，任呼和浩特铁路局党委副书记、局长。2013年，当选第十二届全国人民代表大会内蒙古地区代表。2016年5月，任中共呼和浩特市委副书记、政法委书记兼市委党校校长（正厅级）。2016年10月，任中共乌兰察布市委副书记、市长。2018年2月，当选为第十三届全国人大代表。2020年7月，任中共乌兰察布市委书记，2021年4月调往河南任副省长。我最早收到他被查的消息是在今年的3月10日，一位老朋友向我透露了这个消息。当时就准备做一期节目，讲讲他老婆和他的亲戚们在北京搞福斯特供开关、在锦州等地搞房地产的故事，但是很快费东斌恢复了自由，这个选题也就放下了。如今小费被官宣出事了，看来，她的故事必须得讲了，老杜今天就同大家聊聊他。

A thunderclap has struck — Vice Minister of Transport and Director of the National Railway Administration, Fei Dongbin, has fallen from power. It is reported that his wife has also been arrested, and the whole family has been taken down. Fei Dongbin is the fifth alternate member of the Central Committee officially announced by the CCP to have fallen. A well-known post-1970s rising star within the CCP, he is now the third Minister of Railways to be taken down after Liu Zhijun and Sheng Guangzu.
This man is no ordinary figure. He is quite special — the direct grandson of Mr. Fei Xiaotong, who served as Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress, Vice Chairman of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, a renowned Chinese sociologist, anthropologist, ethnologist, and educator. Fei Xiaotong was also an important advisor on national ethnic policy, an outstanding leader of the China Democratic League, and a close friend of the Chinese Communist Party. Among the people, he was also known as “China’s last Confucian scholar-official.” In academic and intellectual circles of mainland China, Fei Xiaotong was highly respected and regarded as the most honored scholar-official since Guo Moruo, both officially and among the populace.
Even more startling is that Fei Dongbin is the son-in-law of the late Han Zhubin, former Chief Procurator of the Supreme People’s Procuratorate. What’s even more frightening is that Han Zhubin was Jiang Zemin’s brother-in-law and staunch ally. In other words, the family of Jiang Zemin’s widow — Wang Yeping’s niece and her husband — has now been arrested.
Fei Dongbin has long-standing ties to Inner Mongolia. In January 2013, he served as Deputy Party Secretary and Director of the Hohhot Railway Bureau. That same year, he was elected as a deputy to the 12th National People’s Congress representing Inner Mongolia. In May 2016, he became Deputy Party Secretary of the Hohhot Municipal Committee, Secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Commission, and concurrently served as President of the Party School (department-level). In October 2016, he was appointed Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor of Ulanqab. In February 2018, he was elected as a deputy to the 13th National People’s Congress. In July 2020, he became Party Secretary of Ulanqab, and in April 2021, he was transferred to Henan Province as Vice Governor.
I first received news of his investigation on March 10 this year. An old friend disclosed it to me. I was planning to produce a program back then to talk about his wife and their relatives running Foster-exclusive switches in Beijing and real estate developments in places like Jinzhou. But shortly afterward, Fei Dongbin regained his freedom, and I shelved the topic. Now that Fei has been officially announced to be under investigation, it seems that their story must be told.
